I am sitting in work and I can see that there are 8 copies of BFME in stock.

Should I purchase one of these copies or try and get back into EvE over the Christmas period?

I will be in work for 6 more hours from the time of this post so I will tally the votes by then.

Lord of the Rings - Battle for Middle Earth.

By all accounts it is a pretty good rts although I hear no word of how good a MP version of this is.

What a mofo of a game! RTS a little like dow, but vastly more complex, form my limited time on it.

Been playing as Mordor, woooohaaaaaaa orks by the bucket full, well they are free you know, free i tell you freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. The graphics are pretty shit hot, the game play is good i am just skirmishing at the moment trying to get to grips with the game, as i play with no volume, i am having to discover how things work myself, i can not believe that there were no sub titles in the training videos very very annoying, once i have played a little more i shall get back with a more detailed report. If the MP is like the skirmish which i expect it will be then this should be one hell of a game and something which willl bring me hours of fun.

One issue seems to be rearing its head though, which Black has noticed already is that rohan seems to be very unbalanced, the horses are to powerfull and they can have an awful lot of heros. Hopefully this type of issue will be quickly delt with in the first patch.

Im not sure if it's a balance issue because the dev's intended the units to be just like the film. Maybe for the sake of the game it should be addessed but pikes own horses anyway (if done right). If done right 1 pike squad will own 2 rohan horses.

In the movie, the pikemen just drop their pikes at the sight of cavalry! So, they should be useless.

i vote sell BFME because lord of the rings overall is massively gay.
