Welcome to the TLSC affiliates page. This page will explain what the affiliates scheme is and how we plan to or are already spending the funds generated.

Affiliates: Many games publishers or developers offer their products online to save the overheads involved in a retail outlet, but they still have to attract traffic to their product, to do so they offer webmasters comission on sales they refer. Since this comission doesnt affect the price paid by the consumer the consumer gets as good a deal as they would elsewere online while the webmaster profits from the directed traffic.

TLSC: It makes sense that a non profit gaming community such as ourselves should use this source of revenue to fund its costs or events, and since most of our running costs are paid for by member donations. This leaves this new income avaliable for other invesements such as giveaways of games, software/hardware etc. Should a division become large enough and its members use the scheme to their advantage then it stands to reason that this division could reap the income generated for game expansion such as promoting new members by giving away copies or renting servers or other assets to benefit the division.

Current Affiliates: Our current affiliates are amazon.co.uk amazon.com and eve-online, we plan to add other retailers and games publishers to this list so that most of our gaming purchases will be avaliable from tlsc and in turn increase revenue for activities and expansion.
